Dashwood IT & AV Solutions offers a bespoke and comprehensive service ranging from printer set-up to the configuration of secure VPN tunnels and load balancing networks.  We create state of the art home/office automation systems, enabling as much or as little control as required. We work closely with our clients to ensure a system is perfectly suited to its environment, both functionally and aesthetically, whilst remaining fairly and competitively priced.  In an ever-progressing technological world, Dashwood ensures that future proofed, modular technologies wherever possible, enabling equipment to be upgraded and replaced quickly, efficiently and economically.   We also certify that all your systems are up to date and maintained accordingly with our excellent post installation and support services.

For piece of mind Dashwood offers tiered support contracts to cater for the level of support that best suits your needs. All tiers include remote monitoring of your system and remote assistance to initially fix or diagnose the issue. If the issue requires a physically attending the clients home or office, then the response time and time spent during the appointment are tiered according to the support contact level.

BRONZE

Remote monitoring of your system and alerting.

 

1 hour of remote assistance per month.

Additional hours billed at normal rate.

 

Physical appointments billed at hourly rate.

 

Two day response time SLA (Service Level Agreement) for both remote and physical assistance.

SILVER

Remote monitoring of your system and alerting.

2 hours of remote assistance per month. Additional hours billed at normal rate.

First 2 hours of any physical appointment covered. Further hours billed at hourly rate.

Next day response time SLA (Service Level Agreement) for both remote and physical assistance.

Unlimited Remote assistance provided. All hours of any appointment covered under support contract.
